Inspired by Austrian artist - Gustav Klimt; born 1862. This handcrafted heirloom doll captures the sensual smbolism that Klimt's work portrayed in Art Nouveau; Vienna secession.
Dressed in a fine print example of his art work, this doll gives a gentle nod to Gustav's partner Emilie Louise Floge
Emilie is handcrafted and her underskirt & headscarf has been created with recycled fabric. Her dress is finished of with reclaimed ribbon and topped with a vintage button. The hair is hand dyed and comes straight from a flock of wensleydale sheep.
